Born and raised in Styrvoll, Norway, Inger brings a global view to the issues of the day. Her early years of ministry were spent serving together with her husband, Greg, in church multiplication. Their early days of ministry (1975-1981) were spent as Senior Pastors of Hope Community Foursquare Church in Moses Lake, Washington. Then in 1982 under direction of Dr. Jack Hayford of Church on the Way, they were sent as missionaries and began the first Norwegian Foursquare church in Stathelle,Norway. Following five years of ministry in Norway they returned to Washington State and served for nearly a decade as Senior Pastors of Yakima Foursquare Church in Yakima, Washington before once again returning to Norway for an extended time with family.
Greg and Inger married in 1969 and together raised three beautiful daughters. Greg's unexpected death in 2002 brought their already close family even closer together. Two of Inger's daughters and their families reside in Norway while her youngest daughter and her husband reside in Arizona. As a Norwegian citizen with four grandchildren in Norway, Inger remains strong in focus of global ministry.
Inger resides in Phoenix, Arizona and is a minister licensed in and through Grace North Foursquare Church. Her ministry in her home church is a welcome dynamic to the ministry team. She is committed to the furtherance of ministry within a local church and therefore finds this a comfortable base for ministry outside of her home church.
